However, certain Scottish postcodes are subject to an additional charge - please see the delivery section for more information. Tractor mowers and ride-ons may be subject to additional delivery charges. Please check for further details when ordering.All orders are subject to availability. You will be informed by e-mail or telephone if any item ordered is not in stock or subject to a delay of more than five to seven days. Please note that only land-line telephone numbers can be accepted as a point of contact when ordering. All machines despatched by carrier are supplied boxed and will need assembling. For petrol machines a separate bottle of oil is supplied, appropriate to the machine - please refer to the manufacturer's instructions BEFORE starting the machine.DeliveryPlease see our delivery page for further information.Customer SatisfactionIIt is the aim of Classic Lawns to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your chosen purchase. We only supply quality products from manufacturers, all of whom have an extensive network of Authorised Service Dealers. All the products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty as specified in the individual product details, and in the unlikely event of any problems with your machine we shall be pleased to direct you to your nearest Authorised Service Dealer. Please note that Classic Lawns is solely responsible for determining the appropriate course of action for returns, repairs and warranty issues. If you choose to take a different course of action to the one set out by us, Classic Lawns can not accept liability for expenses incurred, or subsequent breach of warranty conditions.You have the option to cancel your order up to 8 days after delivery provided the product is as delivered, is unused, and in its original packing. Please contact us and we will arrange for it to be collected from you. Under the terms of the Distance Selling (Mail Order, Telephone and Internet Shopping) Regulations we reserve the right to levy a charge representing the direct costs of uplifting the goods. In the event that a machine needs to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis and/or repair, you must disassemble it and pack it up either in its original or other suitable box, otherwise the courier will be unable to accept the goods for transport.Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation 2006The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive is now UK law and came into effect on the 1st July 2007. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the disposal of waste electronic equipment. WEEE can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health and the disposal of WEEE should be completed in the correct way to minimise the effects on our environment.All WEEE goods should be marked with a crossed out wheelie bin symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005 and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled. All local authority tips have this facility. Classiclawns Ltd are required, as a distributor, to offer customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy a new electrical or electronic product. For example. if a customer buys a new electric hedge cutter from us we will accept your old electric hedge cutter to prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. To take advantage of this offer, customers must return their WEEE product to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. If you are unable to dispose of your old equipment at a local authority tip please call us and we will arrange collection.SpecificationsAll specifications for products have been supplied to us by the manufacturers and are true to the best of our knowledge, although our policy of continually updating products could mean that some details may be changed without prior notice.
